Who is responsible
This policy applies to Circus Halloween 3D Wallpaper and the Circus Halloween section of kinocus.com. It does not replace the separate policy for the Kinocus app.
The controller is Sergio Callarelli, publishing on Google Play as droidinsights. For privacy requests, write to circus-halloween@kinocus.com; for app assistance, use circus-halloween@kinocus.com.
The app works locally
The current app requires no account and does not collect or transmit personal data to the developer. It has no advertising, analytics, tracking or automatic error reporting and requests no Internet, location, camera, microphone, contacts or storage permission. Audio comes from bundled recordings and generated sounds, not the microphone.
Scene choices, viewpoints, quality, frame rate, visual effects, sound preferences and selected language are saved in the app’s private storage on your device. They are used to render your wallpaper. Android cloud backup and device-transfer backup are disabled for this app.
You can reset local preferences by clearing the app’s storage in Android settings or uninstalling it. This also removes your saved configuration. No developer-hosted account or profile needs to be deleted.
Visiting this website
This section is hosted through Cloudflare. Delivering pages and protecting the service involves technical request data, such as IP address, requested URL, request time, browser information and security events. Cloudflare processes these data as infrastructure provider; security and network operations may also be subject to its own privacy terms.
The Circus pages set no analytics or advertising cookies, use no tracking pixels, and do not load external fonts, video players or social embeds. Images and fonts are served from this site. Ordinary browser caching may store these resources on your device. No cookie consent banner is used because these pages do not introduce optional tracking.
Technical processing serves our legitimate interest in delivering a secure, functioning website. We do not use technical request data to create advertising profiles. Infrastructure retention follows the applicable Cloudflare service settings and policies; we do not promise a fixed deletion period that we cannot control.
When you contact us
If you send an email, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you choose to include. Share only what is needed: app version, device model, Android version and a description of the problem are usually enough. Please remove personal content from screenshots and never send passwords or private information.
Messages to the kinocus.com addresses use Cloudflare Email Routing and are forwarded to the publisher’s email provider. These providers process message content and technical delivery data to deliver, secure and store the correspondence. Data may be processed outside the European Economic Area or your country. Cloudflare’s Data Processing Addendum provides applicable transfer safeguards, including standard contractual clauses; the destination email provider’s own safeguards also apply.
We use your message to respond and resolve the request: to take steps you request in connection with the service, and, where applicable, for our legitimate interest in handling support and protecting against abuse. Privacy and legal requests are also processed to comply with legal obligations. Correspondence is kept for as long as needed for the request, relevant follow-up or legal requirements; it is not added to a marketing list.
Google Play and external links
Google Play independently processes data needed for your Google account, app distribution, platform services. The developer may receive the platform’s available aggregate installation, compatibility and stability reports; the app itself sends no analytics or automatic error reports. Google’s privacy settings and policies apply to its processing.
Links to Google Play, Kinocus, license sources or email apps open services you choose to visit. Those services have their own policies. This website does not send support messages automatically.
Your choices and rights
Where applicable, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of personal data we hold, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Write to circus-halloween@kinocus.com. We may ask for information necessary to verify the request; we cannot retrieve device-only settings from your phone.
You may complain to your local supervisory authority. In Italy this is the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali. We do not sell personal data, conduct automated decisions with legal effects, or use the app to collect children’s personal information. A parent or guardian can contact us about personal information sent to support.
Changes to this policy
This policy describes the current app and website. If data practices change, we will update this page and its revision date, and provide any further notice required by law.
