The service and its publisher
These terms concern Circus Halloween 3D Wallpaper, and its dedicated website pages. The publisher is Sergio Callarelli, shown on Google Play as droidinsights. Contact: circus-halloween@kinocus.com.
Circus Halloween is a configurable 3D live wallpaper. It is free, with no ads or in-app purchases. Installation through Google Play is also subject to Google Play’s terms.
Using the app
You may install and use a lawfully obtained copy on compatible devices for your personal use, subject to these terms and applicable law. Do not use the service unlawfully, impersonate the publisher, or redistribute the app or its branding as your own.
The app, website, original code and branding retain their respective rights. Third-party models, textures, sounds, fonts and runtime components are governed by their own licenses. Those licenses and any mandatory legal rights take precedence over restrictions here where they apply. Listing open-source components does not make the entire app open source.
Choose effects that suit you
Scenes can include fantasy horror imagery, animated characters, lightning flashes and optional sounds. Review the preview and disable effects or audio you find uncomfortable. If flashing images cause discomfort, avoid the relevant effects and stop viewing if symptoms occur.
Audio is off by default and individual sound groups can be selected. Use the configurator to preview them and choose a suitable volume. Follow the age and content information displayed for the app on Google Play.
Compatibility and updates
Features and compatibility may evolve with updates. We do not promise perpetual support for every device; check Google Play and support for current information.
Appearance, battery use and lock-screen behaviour depend on the device, Android and home screen. Choose suitable quality settings. The app does not offer online backup of preferences.
Responsibility and mandatory rights
We aim to provide accurate information and a functioning app, but testing may reveal errors. Please report problems so they can be investigated. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or removes mandatory consumer remedies, statutory guarantees or data-protection rights.
These terms are interpreted under Italian law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of habitual residence. Competent courts and dispute rights remain those provided by applicable law; these terms do not impose an exclusive forum on consumers.
Updates and questions
Changes to these terms will be reflected in the revision date on this page. A change does not remove rights already granted by third-party licenses or mandatory law. For questions about usage or permissions, contact circus-halloween@kinocus.com. The privacy policy separately explains data handling.
