Last updated: 8 September 2026

KINOCUS is a landscape game built around two hands, two patterns, and one shared beat. This page covers common issues and the right way to contact us.

Support email: support@kinocus.com
Platforms: Android 8.0 or later; iPhone and iPad running iOS 15 or later.

Before contacting us

The application does not switch to landscape

KINOCUS is played only in landscape. Rotate the device and make sure the system rotation lock is not preventing the change. If the issue continues, close and reopen the application while holding the device in landscape.

I cannot hear audio

Open Settings in KINOCUS and make sure Game audio is enabled. Also check the device media volume and any Bluetooth audio output. The Perfect sound has a separate control.

I cannot feel haptic feedback

Make sure Haptics is enabled in KINOCUS settings and that the device supports and permits vibration. Audio and haptics are independent: muting audio does not automatically disable vibration.

Two touches are not recognized as expected

Place the device on a stable surface or hold it without covering the game field. Clean the screen, remove any accessory that may interfere with touch input, and try again without overlapping system gestures. In a report, include the device model, operating-system version, and affected level.

A level is visible but cannot be played

This is intentional. Every published dossier can be browsed, while the Play button unlocks by completing preceding content. The dossier states its unlock requirement.

How do I change the language?

Open Settings → Language. Select a language or choose System default to follow the device's language preferences automatically. The choice is saved on the device.

How do I reset progress and settings?

KINOCUS has no proprietary account or cloud synchronization.

  • On Android, open the application information in system settings, then use Storage → Clear data. Labels may vary by device manufacturer.
  • On iPhone or iPad, delete KINOCUS rather than using the option that offloads only the application while preserving its documents, then reinstall it.

An Apple or Google backup may restore local data according to the device settings. KINOCUS and its developer cannot view or delete those backups.

How do I delete my account?

KINOCUS does not allow account creation and stores no profiles on a server. There is therefore no remote KINOCUS account to delete. Local-data deletion is described above.

How do I share a result?

Select Share on the result screen, then personally choose an application, service, or recipient in the system share sheet. KINOCUS does not send the result automatically and does not receive the recipient list.
